GUACS was founded by three partners who shared a passion for quality Mexican food. Traveling Mexico allowed us to experience authentic flavors and ingredients not found in the U.S. When we returned, it was hard to be satisfied with the quality of Mexican food from local restaurants. Not being able to find quality, natural and bold flavors like we did in Mexico, prompted us to create GUACS. After scrupulous hours of testing and catering, we ended up where we are today.
